Freight Charges – Australia Wide

Delivery is provided by Australia Post, StarTrack and other reputable/available couriers provided by our freight partners, Trans Direct. All deliveries can be tracked at all times via their online tracking systems.

A quote may be required for orders that exceed 20KG, have excessive dimensions, are being delivered to rural areas or have been listed with incorrect weights/dimensions. Christmas Island and Norfolk Island are not eligable for free shipping.



Delivery Times

Expected time of delivery is typically 2-7 working days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that if there is a back-order, if you are located rurally this may cause an extended delay.

We aim to do same or next day dispatch for all in-stock items that are purchased from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is impossible for us carry all stock items 100% of the time. If an item is ordered that is out of stock we will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst out of stock the customer will be notified immediately by phone or email.


Express Post

Express Post is offered within Australia, please call us for a quote.



We offer insurance on all orders to cover you in the unlikely event that your delivery gets damaged or goes missing during transit. Any freight that is damaged in transit or arrives damaged must be reported to Futura Designs within 24 hours of taking delivery. Claims made out side of 24 hours may be rejected by the carrier.

During checkout we offer shipping insurance to cover goods that are lost or damaged during transit. Futura Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit, & considers handover of goods to the shipping company as delivery of goods to customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to select and pay for for shipping insurance. The customer shall assist Futura Designs and the shipping &/or insurance company with any shipping insurance claims.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect parcels before signing for them, if a damaged parcel is signed for insurance may be void. Please sign STC (subject to checking) if packaging has been damaged to ensure appropriate claims can be made.


Courier Deliveries

  • Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.
  • Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.
  • Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements.
